Automotive Technician focuses on servicing and maintenance of all vehicles across the brand.

What the role involves

• Servicing and maintenance of all vehicles across the brand.
• Repair, this work may include warranty approved work in line with our brand parameters.
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis.
• Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties (if qualified).
• Completing job cards and electronic write ups on franchise platforms.
• Completion of electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC’s).

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

• As part of your employment, you’ll also receive comprehensive training, flexible working options, benefits, and a bonus scheme.
• Monday - Friday 08.30 -17.30 or 07.30 - 16.30, 1 in 4 Saturdays 09.00 – 13.00 flexible hours and Part Time also available.

• technical judgement, safe working habits, careful diagnostics, and practical problem-solving

Additional role context

• Player who is comfortable operating with set processes and procedures.
• A qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry recognised qualification, ideally level 3 but level 2 will be considered (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Ability to carry out MOT’s is desirable, but not essential as full training will be offered.
