AV Technician focuses on provide first line support for all audio visual systems and technologies.
What the role involves
- Provide first line support for all audio visual systems and technologies.
- Conduct daily checks and preventative maintenance on AV equipment.
- Support live events, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high quality AV services.
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage, faults, and resolutions.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience in an Audio Visual Technician role.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent holiday allowance.
Confirmed role details
- 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri.
- £28,891 per annum.
