What the role involves

• Provide first line support for all audio visual systems and technologies.
• Conduct daily checks and preventative maintenance on AV equipment.
• Support live events, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high quality AV services.
• Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage, faults, and resolutions.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in an Audio Visual Technician role.
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms.
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent holiday allowance.

Confirmed role details

• 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri.
• £28,891 per annum.
