Role overview

They are seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant, for key stage 1 & 2. These roles involve working closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of pupils across the primary age range.

Main responsibilities

· Deliver targeted interventions and support classroom activities. · Assist with behaviour management and emotional support. Able to support learners with patience and structure.

Requirements

• · Experience supporting children in a school or educational setting.
• · Hold a valid, enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
• · Hold Right to Work in the UK.

Job details

• 8:30 am 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only).
• · A relevant qualification ( CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Position: General Classroom Teaching Assistant.
• Type of Work: General classroom support within a mainstream primary school.
