Band 3 Customer Helpline Administrator focuses on handling incoming calls and customer queries professionally and efficiently.

What the role involves

  • Handling incoming calls and customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Processing urgent and routine stock orders using warehouse management systems.
  • Resolve after-sales delivery discrepancies.
  • Analyse stock exception reports using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Supporting customers with stock returns and complaints processes.
  • Work collaboratively with logistics, warehouse, and stock management teams.

Skills and requirements

  • 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (Grade A-C).
  • A relevant NVQ/GNVQ Level 2 qualification with 1 year's relevant experience.
  • 2 years' relevant customer service or administrative experience.
  • Experience using purchasing, finance, or e-commerce systems.

Confirmed role details

  • £12.75 per hour.
  • Temporary, for a 6-12 month duration.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
  • This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role supporting Health & Social Care services across Northern Ireland.
