Band 3 Customer Helpline Administrator focuses on handling incoming calls and customer queries professionally and efficiently.
What the role involves
- Handling incoming calls and customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Processing urgent and routine stock orders using warehouse management systems.
- Resolve after-sales delivery discrepancies.
- Analyse stock exception reports using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Supporting customers with stock returns and complaints processes.
- Work collaboratively with logistics, warehouse, and stock management teams.
Skills and requirements
- 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (Grade A-C).
- A relevant NVQ/GNVQ Level 2 qualification with 1 year's relevant experience.
- 2 years' relevant customer service or administrative experience.
- Experience using purchasing, finance, or e-commerce systems.
Confirmed role details
- £12.75 per hour.
- Temporary, for a 6-12 month duration.
- Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
- This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role supporting Health & Social Care services across Northern Ireland.
