Attending MDT meetings. Assessment and intervention of individual patients needs and progress. Working with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Previous experience with reablement & rehabilitation is desirable.
Relevant degree/qualification in Occupational Therapy.
HCPC registration.

Job details

This vacancy is available for the successful therapist to start as soon as possible, offering Full Time hours per week for an initial period of 1 month.
