Job description

The Pharmacy team at Pulse are currently recruiting for a Band 7/8a Pharmacist in Kingston. The successful Pharmacist will be required to work full-time Monday to Friday, 08:45am – 17:15pm with 1 hour lunch. This role is available to start ASAP; the pay rate for this job is up to £39.00 per hour.

Duration: 3 Months 

Essential skills and requirements:

  • GPhC registered.
  • Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
  • 2 Years NHS experience.
  • To co-ordinate the provision of chemotherapy and other specialist drugs for haemato-oncology patients including day case patients and private patients.
  • To provide specialist pharmaceutical advice to medical and nursing staff on drugs for haemato-oncology patients.
  • To manage the Trust’s e-prescribing system for chemotherapy.
