Job description

The Registered Nurse position with GSTT Hepatobiliary centres on ·Develop and maintain effective communication with the wider MDT, patients and relatives/carers, in relation to delivering results and outcomes. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What you would be doing

·Develop and maintain effective communication with the wider MDT, patients and relatives/carers, in relation to delivering results and outcomes. The post holder will be expected to support the development and implementation of new clinical pathways, adherence to national policy and evidence-based practice. ·The candidate will be responsible for responding timely through clinical triage of 2ww referrals, use of STT model where appropriate and assess patients via telephone or F2F clini.

What you need

  • Significant experience working with HPB/Upper GI/Oncology and Hepatology patients.
  • Experience working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
  • Experience in Service Improvement or Quality improvement incentives.
