What the role involves

• Provide a high standard of nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Supporting patients throughout their endoscopy pathway, ensuring comfort, dignity and reassurance at every stage.
• Assisting consultants and the wider clinical team during endoscopic procedures.
• Monitoring patients before, during and after procedures, escalating concerns appropriately.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Supporting effective patient flow to ensure endoscopy lists run smoothly and efficiently.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• Flexible bank shifts available within department operating hours, Monday to Saturday between 07:30 – 18:00.
