- Previous experience in a customer-facing, reception, hospitality, retail, concierge, or call-centre environment.
- Experience within healthcare, private hospital, hospitality, luxury service, or corporate environments.
- Experience with patient administration or booking systems such as MEDITECH or OnBase.
- Experience coordinating appointments or managing patient pathways.
Confirmed role details
- Flexible - shifts between 7am and 8pm (including full-day shifts up to 11 hours).
- The London Clinic sites including Devonshire Place and surrounding buildings.
- Of-house hospitality, patient liaison, and appointment coordination responsibilities.
- Support patients both in person and remotely, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their care journey.
