What the role involves

• We are currently in search of an experienced Bank Maintenance Operative to support our care home based in Ascot.
• Carry out routine checks weekly, monthly, annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe – e.g Loler testing.
• Monitoring and respond to the fire alarm call, boilers and lift.
• Make effective and efficient use of resources in any maintenance or repair.
• To conduct Banking and purchase of small items for the home.
• Repair, minor plumbing works and maintaining the garden areas.
