Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker focuses on supporting of individuals with physical and cognitive impairments as a result of brain injury or other progressive neurological condition.

What the role involves

• Supporting of individuals with physical and cognitive impairments as a result of brain injury or other progressive neurological condition.
• Build relationships with patients, which are open and two way.
• Supporting patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme.
• Assisting patients with mealtimes where necessary.
• Supporting with activities of daily living and personal care when needed.
• Accurately report and/or record work activities.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working within the care sector.
• Mental health would be an advantage but not essential.
