Who the work supports

Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24-hour nursing care. We are now made up of 64 registered services, including 55 care homes, and 118 extra-care flats.

How support shows up

As a Bank Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan. Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
