• Design support around each individual’s needs, goals and routines.

Skills and requirements

• Experience is welcome but the right values, attitude and enthusiasm matter most.

Confirmed role details

• Zero hours contract.
• Ability to access your earnings more frequently if you wish.
• Paid enhanced DBS.
• Up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).

• We’re looking for positive, fun, can-do Bank Support Workers who are passionate about delivering great support and making every day meaningful.

Additional role context

• Be supporting 16 people with learning and physical disabilities and autism, all living independently in a beautifully designed community of self-contained flats and bungalows.
• Keeping homes clean, comfortable and welcoming — including shopping trips.
