- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in participating in community activities, hobbies, and social events.
- Encourage skill development in areas such as budgeting, cooking, and self-care.
- To support residents while away on any planned holidays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times.
Skills and requirements
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the care sector.
- Knowledge of person-centered approaches and positive behaviour support.
