Clay Hill School are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join their Education team now on a bank basis! Clay Hill School is an independent specialist day school for young people with autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) and associated complex needs.
Where someone would start
We provide education for young people aged 5 to 19 years. As a Teaching Assistant, your primary objective will be to provide personalised educational assistance to a specific pupil in need of additional support. supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment.
What is expected
- Involve building a strong rapport with the pupil, understanding their individual needs, and implementing strategies to enhance their learning experience.
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
