What the role involves

• As a Bank Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything th.
• Support on shift to promote best practice.
• Leading by example, providing guidance.
• Record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
• Reporting changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• Have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
• Need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
• Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.

Confirmed role details

• £15.36 - £16.00 per hour.
• As/when needed in service - 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00).
