How the role works day to day

Leading by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice. Reporting changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.

• Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at The Martlets, an 80-bedded nursing care home located in East Prest.
• As/when needed in the service - 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00).

What needs to be in place

• Have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
