• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times, ensuring that the bar area, equipment, and utensils are clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain stock levels, replenishing items as necessary and assisting with stock rotation to ensure freshness and availability.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments, ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed correctly.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or customer service role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
