• · You will be responsible for directing the Bar and floor team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
• · Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary alongside the management team.

Skills and requirements

• · Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
• In depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends, experience of afternoon teas and champagne would be advantageous.
• Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills and precision.
• · In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
