• Leading and elevate the daily operations of The Churchill Bar & Terrace, ensuring its continued reputation as a luxury cocktail destination for guests and the wider London community.
• Develop a high-performing bar team, delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.
• Curate and refine an innovative drinks programme — from award-winning cocktails to rare spirits — while maintaining the bar’s distinct character and luxury positioning.
• Overseeing the hotel’s full beverage offering, ensuring consistency, quality and profitability across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events.
• Managing inventory, cost controls and supplier partnerships to safeguard premium standards and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing, events and hotel teams to create exclusive experiences that attract both internal and external audiences.
