Responsibilities and requirements

• The RoleWe are looking for part and full-time Cocktail bartenders to join the London Bridge Rooftop team.
• This is a "hands-on" role, and you will be responsible for opening & closing the bar, preparing garnishes, and serving drinks consistently to spec.
• In order to succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of mixed drinks, a level head, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver amazing drinks consistently at a fast pace.
