Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams. Ensure successful delivery of implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

How the role works day to day

Leading end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts. Overseeing business as usual support and ongoing client success. Coordinating warehouse activity across stock flow, dispatch accuracy, and shift handovers.

What needs to be in place

• Proven experience in a senior Business Central / NAV role (8 years).
• Ideally techno-functional with hands-on delivery and implementation experience.
