Behaviour & Learning Mentor
The Job position centres on supporting the implementation of behaviour and wellbeing strategies. It would suit someone who can bring play a key role in helping students develop confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and positive learning behaviours to the role.

What you would be doing
Supporting the implementation of behaviour and wellbeing strategies. Encourage positive engagement, focus, motivation, and emotional regulation. Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils to promote confidence and progress.
The working style that fits
Play a key role in helping students develop confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and positive learning behaviours.
What you need
- A Psychology degree or currently studying Psychology (or a related subject).
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Practical information
- Full-Time / Part-Time / Term-Time Only.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
