We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly, high-performing primary school in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils who require additional emotional or behavioural support, helping them to develop positive relationships, self-regulation skills, and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

Behaviour Mentor – Requirements

Experience supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional needs

Background working in a pastoral, mentoring, or inclusion-based role (school or youth setting)

A calm, patient, and restorative approach to managing behaviour

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships

Resilient, empathetic, and proactive in responding to pupils' needs

Committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and equal opportunities for all learners
