Behaviour & Safeguarding Administrator focuses on working closely with senior leaders, pastoral staff and external agencies, you will manage attendance monitoring, behaviour recording and safeguarding administration.

What the role involves

  • Working closely with senior leaders, pastoral staff and external agencies, you will manage attendance monitoring, behaviour recording and safeguarding administration.
  • Support teams, and the school places real value on the contribution of administrative and pastoral staff.
  • Monitoring and reporting student attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintaining accurate attendance and behaviour records on the school MIS.
  • Supporting safeguarding processes, referrals and documentation.
  • Preparing reports for senior leaders and safeguarding meetings.

Skills and requirements

  • Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.

Candidate fit

  • Play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely communication and effective follow-up to support vulnerable students and their families.
  • Have experience in school administration, attendance or safeguarding support.
  • Be confident handling sensitive information confidentially.
