Support pupils both in the classroom and through community‑based learning, working closely with teachers and pastoral staff. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, resilient and relationship‑focused.
How the role works day to day
Helping pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour support. Providing 1:1 and small‑group support. Building consistent, trusting relationships with pupils.

What needs to be in place
- Opportunity to gain a Team Teach Level 2 Qualification at a highly discounted rate.

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to community‑based work).
