Behaviour Support Assistant
Job description
This Teaching Assistant role in Burgess Hill is focused on providing 1:1 and small group behavioural and learning support. It would suit someone who can bring strong communication and de-escalation skills to the role.

What you need
- Experience working with young people with SEMH, SEND, or challenging behaviour (desirable).
