This Behaviour Support Assistant role is focused on providing consistent 1:1 and small group behaviour support. It would suit someone who can bring opportunities for long-term and permanent roles to the role.

Specialist Alternative Provision supporting students with SEMH needs. Small class sizes with high staff-to-student ratios.
