Behaviour Support Assistant
Job description
This Behaviour Support Assistant role is focused on work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support. It would suit someone who can bring help manage behaviour in a calm, consistent, and positive way to the role.
Where the work sits
Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to implement strategies. Individuals considering teaching, youth work, or educational psychology.
How the role works day to day
Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support. Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 with behaviour and engagement. Supporting students with SEMH needs, including emotional regulation.
