Behaviour Support Assistant focuses on provide one-to-one and small-group support to students requiring behavioural or emotional support.

What the role involves

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students requiring behavioural or emotional support.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students and act as a positive role model.
• Supporting the implementation of behaviour management strategies and intervention plans.
• Assisting students in developing social skills, resilience, and emotional regulation.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff to support student progress.
• Record student behaviour, engagement, and development.

• Part Time, Term Time Only.
• Start Date: September 2026 or sooner.
