- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students requiring behavioural or emotional support.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students and act as a positive role model.
- Supporting the implementation of behaviour management strategies and intervention plans.
- Assisting students in developing social skills, resilience, and emotional regulation.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff to support student progress.
- Record student behaviour, engagement, and development.
