- Supporting pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation and classroom engagement.
- Work alongside teachers to provide effective classroom support.
- Build positive and consistent relationships with individual pupils and small groups.
- Help maintain a calm, safe and structured learning environment.
- Communicate relevant observations with teaching staff.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- A genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
- Experience in behaviour support, education or a similar setting is advantageous.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
Confirmed role details
- £460 - £600 per week (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Long-term / Temporary, Full-time / Part-time.
