This Behaviour support mentor role is focused on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring the school takes a relationship-led approach, focusing on consistency, clear boundaries and positive role modelling to help pupils thrive to the role.
Where the work sits
Work closely with pastoral, SEN and teaching staff. Suitable for drivers commuting from South Tyneside or Sunderland.

What needs to be in place
- Experience working with behaviour or SEMH needs.
- £90 – £110 per day | PAYE | Depending on experience.
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
