Practical details
- Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm).
- Teaching Personnel is recruiting proactive and dedicated Behaviour Support Mentors to work across secondary schools in Hartlepool and the surrounding area.
- This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils who require additional guidance with behaviour and emotional regulation, helping them succeed both academically and socially.
- Competitive daily pay between £95 and £105.
What needs to be in place
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with behavioural or additional needs.
- Experience across a variety of secondary school settings in Hartlepool.
