As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, the work centres on we’re on the lookout for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support pupils with everyday learning and tasks. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

Where the work sits

Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needs. Working alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategies.

We’re on the lookout for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support pupils with everyday learning and tasks. Supporting from a consultant that genuinely cares. Supporting pupils to feel safe and understood.

Practical details

  • In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
  • All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
  • Additional detail: Weekly pay may be available.

What needs to be in place

  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
  • All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
