Job description

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, the work centres on be working in a classroom setting, providing both learning support and emotional and wellbeing support to young people who can present with challenging behaviour. It would suit someone who can bring work in a friendly, caring, and supportive environment where every child matters to the role.

What needs to be in place

  • Our specialist team have a combined experience of over 25 years and have unrivalled reputation within the education market, taking great pride in the extremely high service levels.
  • Have experience, or a strong interest, in SEMH or challenging behaviour.
  • Experience in education, care, youth work or similar settings is ideal, but the right attitude is key.
