Role overview
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed Behaviour Support Worker to help pupils overcome barriers and thrive in education across Dinnington.
Main responsibilities
Supporting pupils in managing emotions and making positive behaviour choices. Supporting pupils during lessons, transitions, and unstructured times. Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies.

Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a behaviour support role.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
- Genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
