BEMS Support Engineer

BEMS Support Engineer focuses on undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with established service level agreements.

What the role involves

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with established service level agreements.
• Produce concise reports from PPM visits, submitted promptly in line with customer KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate schedules and trackers of maintenance works for full visibility to both the company and the customer.
• Carry out small repairs, remedial works, and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Respond to customer service calls in the event of system failures.
• Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions.

Skills and requirements

• Candidates must be located within a comfortable travelling distance of Slough, West Drayton, or Hayes.
• Full UK driving licence, PC literacy, and a valid CSCS skill card (or equivalent).
• Earnings: A highly competitive salary with an OTE of up to £61k, plus a generous bonus scheme and standby allowance.
• Ownership & Pension: Opportunity to become part of the Employee Ownership scheme after 12 months, supported by a 6% contributory pension.

Candidate fit
