How the role works day to day
Oversee beverage inventory across 5 levels, 15 cellars, and multiple storerooms, implementing control processes to track stock levels, ensuring accurate and timely replenishments. Place and manage all beverage orders and be the conduit between the external supplier and the in-house logistics and goods-in teams. Creating a working relationship with our suppliers and delivery partners will be key to a smooth operational process.

Practical details

- This is a full-time permanent role which will require flexibility as involves shifts at evenings and weekends.
What needs to be in place
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related role within a large venue, hospitality, or similar environment.
