Ensure alignment of timelines, scope, and responsibilities across all stakeholders. Maintain detailed bid plans, risk analyses, and compliance matrices. Ensure all bids align with internal governance, approval levels, and audit requirements.

- Managing the end‑to‑end bid process from qualification and strategy creation through to submission.
