Bid Manager focuses on managing tender opportunities across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

What the role involves

• Managing tender opportunities across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Develop winning bid strategies that align with PHOENIX’s commercial and financial objectives.
• Project manage the full proposal development process — coordinating inputs from commercial, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams.
• Ensure all bids are high-quality, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Maintaining a comprehensive Tender Library to streamline future submissions and manufacturer onboarding.
• Leading the development of a Pharma Services Digital Strategy, enhancing tools such as Partnerweb and CRM while exploring new digital solutions.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in pricing, commercial programmes, and reporting.
• 25 days (pro rata) annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
