What the role involves
- Supporting bid library management, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Maintaining the CV library, ensuring all documentation is current and aligned with QA standards.
- Filing and organising tender documents into appropriate project folders.
- Supporting document production including printing, photocopying, and binding (as required).
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Senior Bid Coordinator and Head of Bids.
- Occasional travel to regional offices to support bid collation activities.
Skills and requirements
- Someone keen to develop a career in bids, marketing, or business support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or professional office environment would be beneficial.
