Bids & Marketing Support Administrator focuses on supporting bid library management, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.

What the role involves

  • Supporting bid library management, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
  • Maintaining the CV library, ensuring all documentation is current and aligned with QA standards.
  • Filing and organising tender documents into appropriate project folders.
  • Supporting document production including printing, photocopying, and binding (as required).
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Senior Bid Coordinator and Head of Bids.
  • Occasional travel to regional offices to support bid collation activities.

Skills and requirements

  • Someone keen to develop a career in bids, marketing, or business support.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or professional office environment would be beneficial.
