What the role involves

• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Confidence in providing BIM technical support, training or mentoring.
• Supporting and shaping project BIM delivery alongside multi‑disciplinary design teams.
• Ensuring models, data and workflows remain accurate, coordinated and fully compliant.
• Setting up and managing project BIM environments and CDE configurations.
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and enhance coordination.

Skills and requirements

• Strong working knowledge of BIM standards and processes, including EIRs, BEPs and ISO 19650.
