What the role involves

• Design, and guide the implementation of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain protocols tailored for AI-driven workloads.
• Ensure architectural alignment with business objectives.
• Support engineering teams in building EVM-compatible and non-EVM blockchain platforms.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, scalability, and fault tolerance across blockchain and AI pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, standards, and implementation practices to ensure long-term platform relevance.

Skills and requirements

• We are seeking an expert-level professional with 8+ years of software development experience and 5+ years of blockchain architecture and engineering with the following background.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, with strong contributions to blockchain projects.
• In-depth understanding of blockchain fundamentals (consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer networking, node operation, state management).
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, and secure protocol design.
