• Must be a qualified engineer OR a qualified electrician with time served on BMS systems.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems that regulate various aspects of a building's operations.
• HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), lighting controls, energy management systems, security systems and more.
• To excel in this role, a BMS Controls Engineer needs to have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles along with knowledge of programming languages.
