Role overview

Ensure appropriate governance and standards are in place to reflect the Society’s values and achieve key objectives. Be the main point of contact and support for a number of Branches across the network, whilst working closely with colleagues to share good practice and work collaboratively.

Job details

• For the full-time role of Branch Development Officer, you will receive a salary of c£32,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with demonstrable ability to communicate with empathy and patience.
• Experience of developing strong, collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Great planning and organisational skills, self-directed and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
