- Keeping the Manager in the Loop: Maintain open communication with the Branch Manager, updating them on any branch issues that could affect performance.
- Maintaining High Standards: Safeguard stock and property from loss or damage, ensuring top-notch staff performance and cleanliness, while following company procedures.
- Maximise Sales: Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying products and offering alternatives to drive profitable sales.
- Managing Stock Like a Pro: Oversee stock levels and product range to optimise turnover and meet demand.
- Handling Stock Takes: Administer regular stock takes, following company guidelines to keep inventory in check.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
Confirmed role details
- Monday to Friday, 7am - 4:30pm,NO WEEKENDS!
Candidate fit
- Experience: You’ve got senior sales experience (bonus points for Builders Merchant experience) and know your products inside and out.
- Develop a team, stay organised, and navigate IT systems without breaking a sweat.
