THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Brand Ambassador – Gucci, you play a critical role in driving sales while safeguarding the distinctive, disruptive luxury identity of the brand. You fuse high‑performance retail with artistry and fragrance expertise, creating expressive, memorable experiences that transform customers into loyal Gucci advocates.

You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage:


Sales & Customer Experience

  • Achieve monthly sales targets while consistently delivering Coty KPIs
  • Deliver Coty’s customer service ceremony with confidence, warmth, and authenticity
  • Perform elevated make‑up and niche fragrance consultations that drive conversion
  • Build lasting relationships through storytelling, influence, and self‑expression
  • Upsell seamlessly while preserving the integrity of the Gucci luxury experience

  • Excellence of Execution

  • Act as a true Gucci ambassador, protecting brand equity at all times
  • Stay fully up to date with We Live Beauty and mandatory Coty Academy training
  • Execute merchandising guidelines across permanent and promotional spaces
  • Maintain strong commercial awareness of brand performance, competitors, and trends
  • Complete month‑end and payroll processes accurately and on time
  • Adhere to uniform, grooming, and retailer Code of Conduct standards
  • Team & Collaboration

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with the Coty in‑store team
  • Grow networks across the wider Coty retail community in your area
  • Maintain open, consistent communication with the Area Manager
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with retailer staff and store leadership

  • Technical Processes

  • Use iPad tools for reporting, communication, and VM guidelines
  • Maintain control of Coty systems, passwords, and online documentation

  • Proven experience in luxury beauty retail with a high level of make‑up artistry

  • Acute attention to detail and uncompromising execution standards
