Brand and Proposition Assistant Manager focuses on free 24/7 virtual gp service, employee assistance programme (eap) for you and your family, free access to a range of experts to support your mental wellbeing.
What the role involves
- Free 24/7 virtual GP service, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family, free access to a range of experts to support your mental wellbeing.
- Assisting in creating insight-led concepts & propositions that deliver on the clothing strategic plan.
- Design & Marketing teams to ensure propositions are brought to life effectively & in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop & maintain packaging guidelines, ensuring cohesive branding.
- Help monitor customer & market metrics, identifying trends & opportunities to inform future brand strategies.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams & external agencies to support the implementation of brand initiates.
Skills and requirements
- Familiarity with proposition development across the 6Ps.
- Basic knowledge of brand strategy & innovation process.
- Commercial awareness & ability to manage budgets.
- Some experience in a brand or marketing- related role, ideally within retail or FMCG.
Confirmed role details
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
- Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
- 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years’ service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully p.
- Spend 60% of your week collaborating with colleagues at our office locations or local sites and the rest remotely.
