• The Caviar Brand Specialist put customers at the heart of everything they do, building deep customer relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge.
• They build relationships across our Retail areas to help build a credible client portfolio, whilst ensuring they deliver exceptional sales and product training to the Food Halls Sa.
• The Caviar Brand Specialists sales through service approach naturally leads to achievement of revenue targets as well as repeat customer visits.
