Job description
This Chef de Partie role is focused on supporting the Breakfast Sous Chef in managing operations during breakfast service. It would suit someone who can bring preparing and present breakfast dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality to the role.
How the role is set up
Working closely with the Breakfast Sous Chef and wider team, you will play a key role in creating memorable mornings for our guests. Home to 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with a variety of dining and entertainment spaces, the hotel provides a stage for progressive ideas, voices and express.
Where someone would start
Supporting the Breakfast Sous Chef in managing operations during breakfast service. Train, support, and guide Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs within the breakfast section.

Preparing and present breakfast dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintaining mise-en-place and ensure all stations are clean, organised, and fully stocked. Calm and organised in a fast-paced setting.
